SEDA has recently hired AngelouEconomics, an Austin, Texas-based economic development consulting firm, to provide a comprehensive economic development strategic plan for the greater Savannah region.

The AngelouEconomics’ project team will be making their first trip to Savannah July 23-25. During the trip, they will be leading a series of focus groups and interviews with officials from local and state government, colleges and universities, and local businesses. The purpose of the interviews and focus groups is to help AngelouEconomics gain a solid understanding of Savannah’s current economic situation, the strengths, opportunities, and challenges.
